Featuring an insulated box body, fuel-fired water boiler, water purification system, generator, and changing room, it ensures full hygiene support during remote, long-term operations.
Lighting, Power, and Water Systems
Designed for autonomous field operation in remote and off-grid locations:
- Warning and Flood Lighting: Outfitted with a front long-bar police lightbar, square strobe warning lights along the box perimeter, and top scene floodlights for night-time visibility.
- Power Generation & Ventilation: Equipped with an onboard generator to supply electricity for the water purification system, fuel boiler, and electrical devices. Roof ventilation equipment ensures continuous air circulation inside the cabin.
- Water Purification and Heating: Includes onboard clean water storage and water purification facilities. When onboard clean water is depleted, the system filters external water sources and routes it to the fuel-fired hot water boiler. A thermostatic mixing valve maintains a stable shower temperature.
Shower Compartment and Interior Layout
The interior of the Mobile Shower Vehicle is divided into functional hygiene zones:
- Shower Stalls and Restroom: The middle section houses shower stalls fitted with showerheads, soap racks, floor drains, and anti-slip mats. A restroom is situated next to the boiler room in the front section.
- Climate Heating Facilities: Built-in heating equipment allows field personnel to shower comfortably during winter conditions.
- Changing Room & Tool Compartments: The rear box area is configured as a changing room for personnel to store and change clothing. Toolboxes are integrated into the lower side skirts to carry routine maintenance equipment.
